58 Surf Online uses a carrier, Chronopost, which delivers our shipments. Every shipment is accompanied by an invoice.
Products are delivered on weekdays only.

Upon delivery the customer should:
1. Check that the packaging is in perfect condition. If there is any issue, such as visible damage, the customer shouldn't accept to receive the order.
2. If the packaging was not verified when delivered by the carrier, the customer shall have 24 hours to report the problem to our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The right to cancel the order and get a refund remains valid, as long as the customer detects and reports the defects found up to 24 hours after delivery, in accordance with the terms established by law.
3. If the product delivered is not the one that was ordered or if it has visible defects, you should contact our customer service at email@example.com. In this situation 58Surf Online will arrange collection of the package at the address given without any additional cost to the customer. The customer can use the same shipping box to return the product.
4. If the customer wants to exchange the product or return it and get a refund, please read our Exchanges & Returns page for instructions.
5. If the delivery is accepted in presence of the carrier or if no damage or defects are reported within 24 hours after delivery to 58 Surf Online, we reserve the right to refuse any request for refund or replacement.
