1- No doubt that Surfskate is ideal for tracing your first maneuvers over the asphalt. The movement with the arms, legs, shoulders and core will help you to understand the right movements when surfing.
2- Surfing is also about balance. The Indoboard is not easy in the beginning, (actually is really challenging) but fun! it will help you definitely with your balance and stability. We know it's not cheap but is something that you can have for life!
3- You just need two trees to tie the Slackline. The tension of the rope can be adjusted based on user experience. Is all about balance and focus to have your body aligned. A good complement to surfing sessions!
4- Yoga improves your stability, mobility, balance, coordination, flexibility, strength and breathing control. Not only stretch the muscles but also get the joints moving properly, avowing injuries. Also teach us to be patient...
5- Last but not least, physical training is important on several levels... when doing right, your body will get stronger and more flexible which will increase your performance.
No matter which one you choose, remember the most important thing is to Surf Everyday!
