1.1 The contest is intended for all friends card customers, who have a public Instagram account and share, with a photo or video of their best surf session, identifying the accounts @58surf, @lapointcamps and @acasadasviagens, using the hashtags: #58surftripwithfriends #58friendscard;

1.2 All those who are partners, administrators, employees, service providers or collaborators of the Despomar Group or of companies with which it is in a domain or group relationship and their relatives and, in general, all those whose relationship with Despomar could compromise the impartiality and transparency of the Competition, will not be allowed to participate;

1.3 All participants expressly agree with these Regulations, agreeing to be subjected to them;

1.4 Each participant can participate several times with different photos;

1.5 This competition is open to all residents of the European Union.

2.1 The competition will run from July 30th to August 30th on Instagram by @58surf e @lapointcamps. The winner will be announced on the 13th of September;

2.2 To participate, the competitor must, first of all, follow the Instagram accounts of @58surf, @lapointcamps and @acasadasviagens;

2.3 Then, the participant must comment on the publication of the official page of @58surf an @ from a friend that they would take on this surf trip;

2.4 To participate in the competition, the user must join the “friends card” and post a photo or video of himself surfing on their instagram-feed or stories (public) using the respective hashtags: #58surftrip #58friendscard and identify @58surf, @lapointcamps and @acasadasviagens. The share that best meets the evaluation criteria will be chosen. The 58 Surf team will decide the winner.

2.5 Entries with inappropriate content will be excluded or not considered:

- Messages / images that appeal to racism, xenophobia, or any other type of discrimination or prejudice;

- Messages / images of an offensive, violent or sexual nature;

- Defamation, insults, threats, abuse of the name and/or image of the users of the page, the reputation and prestige of the brand and/or other industrial property rights;

- Content (written or audiovisual) that is fraudulent, insidious or misleading that violates any intellectual property or other rights of third parties; that violates any law or regulation;

- Content that does not respond creatively to the challenge of this contest;

2.6 The winner will be announced and identified, in a post at the official @58surf account;

2.7 The choice of the same will be made by the 58 Surf team, without the possibility of appeal.

3.1 The winner of this competition will receive 1 surf trip for two people to Sri Lanka;

3.2 58 Surf will contact the winner through instagram and ask them to provide their full name, Citizen Card number, address and telephone number to be contacted after being mentioned in the post by the official account. @58surf;

3.3 The prize described cannot be exchanged for another of the same kind or nominal value;

3.4 Travel or other services not described are not included in the prizes;

Included

- Travel assistance insurance with covid coverage;

- Return trip to Sri Lanka for two people;

- 5 days stay with breakfast;

- Bag up to 23kg.

Not Included

- Transport and insurance of boards;

- Lunch, dinner and other meals;

- Travel/parking in national and international territory;

- Other extra expenses.

Trip to be carried out between October 15th and December 15th.

The travel booking must be made by the winner directly with the agency Casa das Viagens, until the 15th of September.

5.1 The evaluation will be carried out by 4 juries of the Despomar Group, where the main evaluation criteria will be: Originality, Coherence, Quality and Rules Fulfilled.

6.1 58 Surf reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel this Competition, in case of force majeure situations, without this implying any compensation to the participants;

6.2 Any participant who acts in bad faith and participates in the competition using false information, thus vitiating the competition, will be excluded from it;

6.3 In case of fraudulent participation, 58 Surf reserves the right to exclude the participant and cancel the respective prize. Participations considered fraudulent will be communicated to the competent authorities and may be subject to legal action;

6.4 In the event of a situation not foreseen in this regulation, 58 Surf will fill the gap in accordance with the spirit underlying these Regulations, reserving the right to make any changes to the realization of this competition and to extend or suspend it without any prior notice;

6.5 Any situation not foreseen in the present regulation, as well as any doubts related to its interpretation, must be reported to the Despomar Group and analyzed and decided by the same. Decisions made are not subject to appeal.
