When the information provided does not match the product specifications, the customer will be informed and will have the right to cancel the purchase.
Prices
All prices mentioned on the website are in Euros with taxes and fees included. Delivery fees are paid by the customer and are billed at the end of the order, depending on the selected product and final value.

The Ericeira Surf & Skate website, reserves the right to modify at any time the information presented and commercial offer of: products, promotions, trade conditions and services.
Availability
The Ericeira Surf & Skate, respects all deadlines of an order depending on the stock availability. If the ordered product is not available in stock, 58Surf will contact the customer by email or telephone within 48 hours from the order date. 58Surf display products for sale that are in stock in our warehouses and may for technical or circumstantial issues be a discrepancy between the amounts presented for sale on the 58Surf website, and existing quantities in storage.
